Relationships

As part of my work with couples and families, I facilitate a group for women interested in exploring The Queen’s Code by Alison Armstrong — a transformative book that challenges deep-rooted narratives about men, women, communication, and relationships. Together, we delve into its insights, reflect on our experiences, and support one another as we integrate new discoveries into everyday life.

This group provides a supportive space to reflect, share, and grow as we explore:

Shifting from hurt, anger, and frustration to mutual understanding in relationships

Breaking free from social conditioning that creates conflict between men and women

Learning a language of partnership that fosters cooperation rather than power struggles

Embracing our strength in a way that enhances, rather than diminishes, connection

Reimagining what it means to give, receive, and inspire the best in each other

This is a space for women who:

Want to improve communication and connection in relationships

Feel stuck in unhelpful patterns with men and are open to a new perspective

Are single, dating, or in a committed relationship and seeking deeper understanding of the human experience

Value personal growth and are eager to explore a fresh approach to partnership

Participants can expect to:

Gain practical tools for relating more effectively with men — including partners, family, friends, and colleagues

Develop deeper self-awareness and emotional insight

Feel more empowered in relationships and everyday interactions

Connect with like-minded, like-hearted women on a journey of learning, healing, and growth

You are invited to come with an open mind, discover new possibilities, and transform the way you experience love, respect, and connection. If you are interested in joining or you have any questions at all, I welcome you to reach out to learn more.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
