My approach
Just as a seed will grow into a plant, and a plant will seek water and grow towards light, there is an intrinsic capacity within all living organisms to heal and to grow, and a natural inclination to move in this direction. My approach is guided by trust in the wisdom of this evolutionary process.
I integrate conscious movement, touch, breath, and sound with traditions including:
Phenomenological and experiential approaches
Trauma-conscious, attachment-based, and relational therapies
Emotion-focused and somatic/body-centred practices
Contemplative and mindfulness-based psychospiritual practices
Birth psychology
Depth psychology
Energy psychology and integrative energy therapies
Focusing/felt sense and Internal Family Systems/parts work

I am a holistic practitioner working in the realms of transpersonal psychotherapy and birth care, with a focus on human attachment, lifespan development, and spiritual care “from womb to tomb.” My work is grounded in lived experience, myriad relationships, and a process of lifelong learning. Birth psychology and work with holotropic states of consciousness are my passions, and I am dedicated to weaving ceremony and nurture back into the collective and into the care of ourselves, of our children, of each other, and beyond.
